Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we deliver across South Africa via courier. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. Large or bulky orders may require freight delivery.

How long does production take?

Standard products are typically ready within 5–10 working days. Custom orders depend on complexity — we'll give you a clear lead time when you place your order.

Can I rent equipment for one show?

Absolutely. Our rental service is designed for shows and events of all sizes. Get in touch with your event date and requirements and we'll put together a rental package for you.

Can you do fully custom designs?

Yes — custom orders are a big part of what we do. Send us your brief, colours, dimensions and any reference images and we'll come back with a quote. Most custom pieces take 10–15 working days.

What are your payment options?

We accept EFT, credit/debit card and PayFast. A 50% deposit is required on custom orders before production begins, with the balance due before delivery.

Do you offer sponsor branding?

Yes — we can apply sponsor logos and custom colours to jump boards, fillers and poles. Perfect for show organisers looking to offer branded jump packages to sponsors.
