We keep our rental process simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know before booking.
Booking & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is due 7 days before your event.
Delivery & Collection
We deliver to your venue and collect after the event. Delivery costs are quoted based on distance.
Damage & Loss
Renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the hire period. A damage deposit may apply.
Hire Period
Standard hire is for the duration of your event. Extended hire periods available on request.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We'll always try to accommodate date changes.
